NICEIC Internal & External Wall Insulation Accreditation

NICEIC contractors undergo a rigorous assessment process, covering a representative sample of their work, their premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of their key supervisory staff. They are then re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance.

The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage Employers across the UK.

MCS Micro Certification Scheme

Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is a nationally recognised quality assurance scheme, supported by the Department of Energy and Climate Change. MCS certifies microgeneration technologies used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources.

CSE - Customer Service Excellence

Customer Service Excellence was developed to offer services a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within their organisation. The foundation of this tool is the Customer Service Excellence standard which tests in great depth those areas that research has indicated are a priority for customers, with particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude.

There is also emphasis placed on developing customer insight, understanding the user’s experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.
