ForWorks has handed over its latest new-build schemes to social housing client City West Housing Trust.
Nelson Street in Eccles is a development of four two-bedroom homes, while Sharp Street in neighbouring Walkden comprises two terraced houses.
The homes follow the completion of ForWorks' first new build bungalow at Haydock Drive in Worsley, and are part of a wider development programme to build 19 new homes across Salford for City West Housing Trust.The homes have been built using structurally insulated panels meaning that the properties will achieve extremely high quality thermal efficiency values as well as low air permeability rates.
